Contact forms
If you fill in our contact form we will use this information to contact you about your enquiry and, if you opt in to do so, to contact you about other activities at the Hall.
We will not pass your details to any other organisation unless you specifically request that we do so – eg if you ask us to put you in contact with Wensleydale Scouts, or Leyburn Guides etc.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, or post and enquirey your data is retained indefinitely. This is because it may help us to help you with future enquires and or so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
